The machinery site consists of:

• PCHS Museum
• Four exhibit buildings
• The Bathgate Depot
• The McKenzie-McKechnie Granary
• Tractor Pull Track
• Barn
• Paton House
• St. Anthony's Church
• Blacksmith's Shop

The Granary is located on 20 acres leased from the ND Parks & Recreation Department which is adjacent to 22 acres of land owned by the Pembina County Historical Society where the barn and tractor pull track are located.
